     Availability - All of my pieces are one of a kind and handmade by me.  You may contact me by email  denise@lilygirlart.com or by phone 256·287·0047 to see if the jewelry you want is still available.  You can purchase some items at my Etsy shop," LilygirlOriginalArt", if they are marked "See Etsy Shop".  

   
Special Orders - Special orders are available upon request.  There is only one   of each piece of jewelry.  However, I may be able to make something similar to a piece that is no longer available.  Just know that the Sterling and gemstones will be different.

 

Sizing - Pendant sizes are width first, then the height, and
they don't include the bail - you know, the part your chain or cord goes through.  Ring sizes are approximate and can be re duced a couple of sizes or made one size larger.  Of course, you  can take the ring to your local jeweler for an exact fit.

 

Payment Options - I accept Mastercard, VISA, Debit Cards and American Express.  Lilygirl Original Wearable Art is in full compliance with Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standards (PCI SS).  Credit card information data is not kept on file and upon confirmation, your receipt will be sent immediately by your choice of SMS or e-mail.  Credit Card payments are processed through Square.

  Shipping -  All orders are insured and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.  Standard shipping charges will apply with a base rate of $10.00 per order with additional items at $1.00 each.  Second Day and Overnight delivery options are available upon request.  You save more by requesting USPS Priority.  
 

  All Jewelry Art comes with a signed Lilygirl tag listing
  all the materials used.  Each piece will be beautifully
  wrapped and ready for gift giving.
                                                                         

  Repairs and Returns - If you have any problems with my jewelry, I will be more than glad to repair it.  If you aren't pleased with your purchase, just call me at 256·287·0047 and I will issue you a return authorization.  Return the jewelry to me, and upon receiving it in good condition, I will issue you a full refund less shipping charges.
